The latest report from the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) has been published

According to the report, in 2024, renewable energy was the most cost-effective source of new electricity in the world.
In 2024, solar energy was 41% cheaper than energy obtained from fossil fuels, and offshore wind energy was as much as 53% cheaper than energy obtained from fossil fuels.
